  • Tim Conner

    Tim is a NYS certified Physical Education teacher, a trainer and a coach. He grew up in Somers NY and has been an active member in the community as an adult. Tim is a husband and a father of three kids, Sofie (8), RyRy (5), and JJ (1).

    With over 15 years of experience coaching football, rugby, basketball and lacrosse, he has extensive knowledge working with athletes of all ages and performance levels. In addition to being a sports coach, he is owner of No Fear Training, a sports performance business located in Somers. Tim takes tremendous pride in helping others reach their potential and he values the relationships he has built coaching and training.

  • Jeff Bahr

    Jeff is a math teacher in the Mamaroneck School District. He was lacrosse coach for Mamaroneck High School for 17 years. This is his 19th year as as a teacher. During the 2018 & 2019 lacrosse seasons Mamaroneck won consecutive Section 1 Championships. The program achieved new heights in 2019 when they reached the semifinal round of the State Championship. He also coached both lacrosse and football at the youth level.

    Jeff is a father of 3 (Evie, Annabel, & Liam) and resident of Somers. He firmly believes that sports can enrich the social and emotional development of children by teaching both perseverance and resilience.

  • Brian Dooley

    Brian is a 2nd grader teacher in the Rye School District. He is also the assistant coach for the Somers Boys High School Lacrosse team. Additionally, he is serving as both a youth coach and board member for Somers Youth Girls Lacrosse. Brian played Division 3 Men's Lacrosse at SUNY Oneonta where he was a two time All American, the programs leading scorer, and a member of the Athletic Hall of Fame.

    His wife Kristin and their three daughters: Grace (9), Claire (6), and Kate (4) reside in Somers. Brian is excited to bring 20 years of high school and youth sports coaching to Heart and Hustle Sports Camp.
